Meal Ministry Request Form

The Meal Team will temporarily care for the family by providing meals for a week or so during the time of need (i.e. surgery, illness, etc.), when the family is unable to provide for themselves. Please fill out this form and the Meal Team Leader will be in touch. If you have any questions, please contact Brent Branchaud at the church office.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: It typically takes at least 7 days before meals can begin to be provided and if you live more than 15 minutes from OBCC, we may not be able to provide meals. Thanks!
